This versatile crane can operate in tandem pairs to elevate precast beams or function as a single unit with dual lifting devices for the same purpose. When utilized in pairs, each crane impressively supports up to 100 tons, while a single crane can manage an astounding 150 tons. Outfitted with advanced outrigger travel, overhead crane travel, and lifting equipment, this system allows for seamless mechanized operations in every direction. Primarily, it is employed to transfer precast beams from the production to storage platforms and subsequently to beam transport vehicles post-curing. It also excels in assembling and dismantling bridge erectors and is invaluable for erecting low-pier dry bridges.
